Cheng's Research Group
On November 1-2, the First International Symposium on Molecular Simulation and Intelligent Chemical Engineering, hosted by the Chemical Engineering Professional Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China and the Editorial Office of Molecular Simulation, and organized by the College of Chemical Engineering at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, was successfully held at Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
The symposium aimed to establish a high-level exchange platform for innovation in chemical engineering driven by molecular simulation and artificial intelligence, fostering discussions on cutting-edge disciplinary developments and the sharing of the latest research findings.
The opening ceremony was chaired by Dean Cheng Daojian of the College of Chemical Engineering. Welcoming addresses were delivered by Wang Feng, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Professor Nick Quirke from Imperial College London, Editor-in-Chief of Molecular Simulation.

Wang Feng, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of the CPC Beijing University of Chemical Technology Committee, delivered a speech.
Professor Nick Quirke from Imperial College London, who also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Molecular Simulation, delivered a speech.
